“ We ordered one pro slurping ramen and one chashu special. The service was attentive and quick, and the food came quickly. Overall, the broth was pretty good, and I enjoyed the tonkotsu flavor. The noodles were a good thickness and texture that complemented the broth. The chashu itself was very thinly sliced and had a nice smoky flavor, but there wasn't a lot of it. We also got the fatty pork, which was decent. Flavor wise, I thought it was a solid bowl of ramen, but nothing super special. Parking was tough because we went on a Saturday and there was a small farmer's market event happening. ”

“ Really enjoyed this ramen spot in Cali! The service was quick and the ambiance was really clean. All the workers were very attentive and friendly. I tried the lunch combo which was a super good deal! You get a ramen bowl, salad and your choice of an appetizer. The salad was refreshing with sort of sweet sesame flavor. All the appetizers I tried were very flavorful. The soft shell crab/popcorn chicken and soft shell crab all had a great crunch to it. I especially enjoyed all the sauces! I also got the slurpin miso ramen with chashu pork and spice level 2. The noodles and pork were both very good although I wish the pork sizes were bigger, but the broth itself was super flavorful! It had the perfect amount of spice and was not too salty. I would definitely recommend this spot if you're in Cali! ”

“ So while I was in Costa Mesa and found this spot for lunch! Sophie and Matt were the employees who helped me and they were both friendly! I ordered the regular Chashu Rice Bowl with 2 free toppings for checking in! The food came out in less than 10 mins and everything was fresh. The Chashu was very tender as well, definitely a solid bowl! Will be back for more in the future! ”

If you check in on Yelp, you get 2 free toppings, so I definitely took advantage of that! Our server Tristan was so amazing and hooked us up with free sides/toppings for us to try. They were the perfect pairing to the meal! ”

“ Definitely one of the better ramen places. Noodles are thin but good like shin sen gumi, broth was flavorful and creamy. I thought the chasu was good, not as fatty as some places, but good. The appetizers were really above par for a ramen place. The squid legs were really good, as well as the deep fried gyoza. Nice and bubbly crispy with a good gyoza sauce. ”

The garlic edamame has so much flavour we were practically licking the bowl. The fried rice doesn't need anything with it because it's so flavourful and perfect. As always the ramen absolutely slapped and was perfect for a chilly relaxed night. ”
